Comfortable panelled Yamano Kaiso trainers from Japanese label Flower Mountain. Kaiso means algae, and up to 40% of the outsole is composed of resin pellets produced by combining algae with base polymers. The upper is made from recycled nylon and bio-based panels derived from raw plant materials such as corn, while the lining is made from recycled plastic bottles.
