One-of-a-kind patchwork quilt made from handwoven ikat and checked fabrics left over from past TOAST collections. Part of a limited edition of 30, crafted by artisans in West Bengal supported by Sasha, a Fair Trade cooperative TOAST has been working with for over ten years. Hand kantha-stitched, with internal layers of repurposed saris and a plain cotton voile reverse.

An age-old and complex technique of patterning cloth, whereby the pattern is pre-determined by tie-dyeing the yarn prior to weaving. The characteristic haziness of the pattern that emerges is a pleasing result of this hand process.
